Mike specializes in orthopedic extremity care, with an emphasis in the throwing shoulder and overhead athletes.   He has treated athletes of all levels from high school to professional and Olympic caliber.  Mike has served as Rehabilitation Consultant for several minor league baseball teams.  He is passionate about injury prevention for the young athlete and regularly speaks at workshops, schools, and club organizations on topics related to preventable sports injuries.  He is currently a rehabilitation consultant for several local high schools, The Colorado Rampage Hockey Club, 7K Skating Club, and has served as the Medical Coordinator for the Rocky Mountain State Games since 2002.

Joel F. Dixon, DPT

Joel F. Dixon, DPT, OCS
Physical Therapist

Joel specializes in treating high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes, with a specific interest in the orthopedic needs of performing artists.  He has worked with nationally and internationally touring theater productions, and that experience carries forward to treating competitive figure skaters in the Colorado Springs Olympic community.  Orthopedic patients, both surgical and non-surgical, are provided complete care from evaluation to discharge.  Joel collaborates with sports performance staff to transition athletes from rehabilitation to sport specific training.  He has provided sports medicine coverage for the Rocky Mountain State Games since 2006.

Mark Deysher, DPT, OCT

Mark Deysher, DPT, OCT

Mark is an orthopedic outpatient physical therapist working in outpatient rehab over the past 22 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1985 from the US Air Force Academy; his MPT degree in 1994 through the US Army-Baylor program and completed his DPT with Regis University in May 2013. Mark is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association since 2006. 

Mark served 22 years in the US Air Force and retired in 2007 as Lt Col, Director of Physical Medicine at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. During his AF career, he held numerous consultant and leadership positions covering multiple specialties at 4 different AF bases. Since 2007, he has served patients in various orthopedic and sports medicine environments, specializing in orthopedic evaluation and treatment of spine and extremity sport and occupational injuries with expertise in rehabilitation of orthopedic postoperative injuries. His orthopedic special interests include sport performance, injury prevention, manual therapy and dry-needling.

He and his wife Mary Diane have 3 children ages 22, 19, and 18 and enjoys running half marathons, trail running, taking his 2 Goldens for walks, hiking and camping and having fun in the great CO outdoors year-round.

Marie Hole, OTR, CHT

Marie Hole, OTR, CHT
Hand Therapist

Marie graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor of health science in occupational therapy. She has extensive experience in orthopedic conditions of the hand and upper extremities.

Marie specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation and upper extremity trauma and rehabilitation. She is certified in occupational therapy and hand therapy.
